My first graduation ceremony
0I am proud. My graduates all fronted, they all spoke up and addressed the audience and they were just beautiful. I managed to push down the lump in my throat and keep it all together. 150 kgs of blubbering man is not a good look. I have to admit I am sad too. My special ladies are moving on to the next level. Things won’t be the same, but this is what I signed up for. Today made it worthwhile.
The final part of my address to my graduates:
Ladies, I know that I have only been a very small part of your life over the last 20 weeks, but you have been a very large part of my life. I am very proud to be standing up here with you. I am proud of your efforts and your achievement today. I will never forget you and I want you to know that this is only the beginning.
We celebrate your success today; but remember that success is a moveable feast. If you allow yourself to stand still for too long, you will fall behind and begin to starve, so stay hungry.
Today you can stand tall in the knowledge that you are good enough, you are more than capable and you are already successful in your own right, you need to believe this because we – who love you; we know it! We now know what you can do and now… we want to see more. We will be watching.
Graduation Time
0My first lot are graduating this week. I’ll be sad to see them go, but after 20 weeks I think its well due.
I’m currently in the process of finding the right words to say at the ceremony. They are all great kids, but wow, it’s quite hard to find the words… a little emotional too. I hope I don’t get all sooky at the ceremony. It won’t be a good look…

And it’s only bloody Tuesday
0I woke up this morning coughing my guts out. I’ve aready had two bloody head colds this winter, now it seems I’m looking at fucking bronchitis! What the hell is going on? I must either be sorrounded by sick bastards everywhere or I’m run-down or deficient in something.
I’ve been on the wagon for a few weeks. Actually perhaps that is the problem. Maybe I just need some vitamin A (A= alcohol).
Yep. That’ll do nicely…
Ahh, but then there is the inevitable hangover and all that goes with it. I guess I will just have to soldier on. Plus what kind of example does that set for my sweet, wonderful, enlightened students?
A zen moment
0I’m lovin this guys work.
Bathroon acoustics – gotta love it!
Unleash the crazy
1Here it is – a place to vent, waffle and moan. Cheaper than a shrink I guess. Probably more therapeutic too.
Time to get my “grump” on.
